An Evening with Wee Daniel at Galway Theatre Festival

  • The Rowing Club 10 Woodquay Galway, G, H91 K072 Ireland (map)

Wee Daniel is heading West for the Galway Theatre Festival!

Catch us for the second leg of ‘Wee Daniel’s Wee Tour’ in the Rowing Club on May 9th, followed by a night of riotous queer fun with club night TABÚ.

Aoife grew up in a tiny corner of Northwest Ireland … a place that also happened to give us the country's favourite inoffensive entertainment icon, Daniel O'Donnell. Join this unlikely duo as they journey through rural queerness, community and grief, banding together to celebrate the place they both call home. With original songs and Aoife’s unique flavour of feral cabaret joy, this is a heartfelt love letter to the people that made us who we are.

Winner of the inaugural Theatre Lovett award and nominated for Bewleys Little Gem Award at Dublin Fringe Festival 2024.
